when I try on nucleotide, I have all the sequences, even the not complete genomes. and on the genome database, I don't have all the sequences of all the species and their strains. So FTP I could have everything normally. In what you have sent me I can't find what I need but thank you very much

Pay attention to if you want RefSeq genomes or Genbank genomes.
