How To Download Bacterial Genomes And Cds By Genus From Embl
Hello,
Could anyone please direct me an ftp service where I can download bacterial embl files please? I need only the EMBL files. It would be great if the download is done by genus.
All ideas about the website and implementation are welcome

Please be a bit more specific. What kind of EMBL files? Whole genome sequences? For any bacteria? Or all sequence records for a given organism? Or for all bacteria?
Hi, embl files for bacterial genomes including their CDS and their whole genomes as well. Like the one provided in Ensembl. However, Ensembl does not store the embl files as an ftp service. Thanks. Yes it would be nice if there is any ftp service that stores embl files for all bacteria by their genus. Any suggestions?
