I need to calculate the Tumor Mutation Burden for a Comprehensive Cancer Panel after calling the variants.
Is there any specific tool to do that?
Please suggest anything if available.

What is tumour mutational burden? - a metric that can be easily modified to suit any bogus clinical test, which may or may not end up getting approval by a regulatory body.

As you can see, one can easily calculate on one's own.
