What is the largest freely available dataset of WGS samples?

I only know of 1000G Phase3 dataset containing 2500 individuals. Is there other non related datasets one can download without delicate permission request proces?

Do you need genotype data for each individual? If yes, I think there is none. If you just need some kinds of aggregate statistics, there are a few.
