difficulties finding phenotype data on human microbiom project data
On HMP data protal there are several studies listed https://portal.hmpdacc.org/projects/t I am keen to download only the healthy individuals therefor need to know which samples belong to the control group.
I wonder if there is anyone here who can help me doing the right filtering or alternatively inform me how else I can find 16srna miseq data related to healthy individuals
