available genotyping data

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if there is a publicly available large genotyping dataset ( including millions of SNPs and about 100.000 individuals), preferably in plink format to download?? It doesn't matter if the data is simulated. I need this to test software. Any other helpful comments would be appreciated.

That's quite a large number. I don't believe any such dataset currently exists that is public, but they will exist in the future.

Alternatively, if 2504 individuals is sufficient for you, then just follow the first few steps here:

Produce PCA bi-plot for 1000 Genomes Phase III - Version 2

There are also datasets supplied by PLINK:

Finally, this seems to simulate PLINK data for any number of cases and controls (but I have never used it):
