Extarction of hypervariable region

Hi,

I have 16S RNA sequence of Xanthomonas Oryzae. pv. oryzae, I want to extract hyper variable region (V1-V9) from this 16S RNA sequence.

CAN ANYONE TELL ME which online software work best for this?
