hg38 coordinates for centromeric, subtelomeric and telomeric regions

Does anyone know where i can get the genomic coordinates for the centromeric, subtelomeric and telomeric regions of hg38 ?

Is there maybe a way to this with R/Bioconductor ( or even python ... ) ?

Thanks for your answer. However, using the link/way you suggested one can online download centromere data for hg38. Unless the "Telomere" and "Subtelomere" coordiantes/table are stored under a different name ?
