Where I can download o/e scores in gnomad files?

I have been trying to download the 2.1 non-neuro version files of gnomad to get the o/e scores, but in the available bed files they don't appear. Where should I look for these scores?

Have you tried looking at the VCF files? What are "o/e scores" by the way?

Hi Ra, thanks for your response. The oe is, according to their V2.1 documentation, the observed / expected (oe) score to measure expected LoF intolerance, in place of pLI scores. The metrics can be found in this link
