Why were all TCGA SVS slides redacted?

I've tried to download several digital slides from the GDC Data Portal Repository, but they all appear to be redacted. I've tried direct downloads, putting them to cart, using manifest files but nothing worked. I used to know that these files were publicly available and so they appear to be (Open). Anyone with similar recent experience?

Didn't seem to be a problem the previous years, also the BAM genomic files are equally sizable.
