CoCoRV - Which file from gnomAD as control
Hello everyone,
I have been trying to use the software CoCoRV (https://bitbucket.org/Wenan/cocorv/src/master/) to analyse rare variants in WES data in my clinical dataset and compare them with a reference cohort (coming from gnomAD).
Could any of you help me identifying which is the file I should download from gnomAD download page (https://gnomad.broadinstitute.org/downloads) should I use to work with CoCoRV?
