Hi!

I'm using the R package ReadDepth to detect CNVs, I need to create a directory called "Annotations" in which three is a list of entrypoints, and information on GC-content and mapability for the read length that you're working with. However, the links available at https://github.com/chrisamiller/readDepth aren't working and I don't know where to find this information. Does anybody know where to find it?
