UCSC "chromEnd larger than chrom chr21 size (46750259 > 46709983)" error
Hello,
When I try to upload summits.bed file resulted by MACS2 , I got this error. However, I do not have any idea why it could happen. What should I do? If you have any idea thank you in advance.
