Cytoscape- Reactome Fis- Error In Loading File

Hi all,

I am trying to do a mutational analysis by Reactome FIs plugins via Cytoscape.

When I try to upload my .txt file, I receive the following error:

Error in Loading file: Unknown proxy type: HTTP

Do you have any idea what could be the problem and what I should do?

Seems like that its not able to connect with Reactome FIs plugins over the internet !! That's what ""Error in Loading file: Unknown proxy type: HTTP" says !!

What could be the problem? Any idea what I can change?

my computer is connected to internet, and I don't find anything extra to do in this tutorial: http://wiki.reactome.org/index.php/Reactome_FI_Cytoscape_Plugin
