Genespring 13.0 ERROR : .com.strandgenomics.cube.framework.ani....
Hello,
I'm working with Genespring 13.0, when I try to upload .cel files to my experiment I receive this error: com.strandgenomics.cube.framework.ani.SharedProgressMonitorModel.createNativeSharedObject()J
Then I tried to use the .chp files instead, the uploading worked but when I try to conduct a quality control same error appears .
Do someone know what this error is about?

GeneSpring is propriety software from Agilent. As you're paying an unreasonable amount for a licence, it's probably best to contact their support services.
