is there a way to define the populations i want to test in treemix fourpop and threepop functions?

I have about 30+ populations and running the threepop and fourpop functions just takes forever if I'm not able to do any multithreading. In the manual, there is no option to define the set of populations, so I'm wondering if it's even possible :(
