Can'T Save Images In Artemis

Hi,

I'm using Artemis and I was just wondering how do you go about saving an image file.

It should be as simple as using the option "Save As Image Files (png/jpeg)" according to the manual, but everytime I try this, the image is just blank. I couldn't find anything else about this, so I was hoping somebody here may be able to help.

I know I'm probably missing something really obvious, but it's just eluding me at the moment.

Save the work once, close and reopen the Artemis and try saving using "save as image". If it doesn't work, take a snapshot using print-screen tool.

Actually, this is really odd, but it just stops working after a while. And it's not out of memory or anything. Guess it's back to print screen. Thanks anyway.
