Getting Information From Go
Dear all, I need to construct functional categories of about 5000 genes using GO database. Is any program already available to do this task for me ? or I need to write a program by myself?

What organism are you working with? Could you be more specific about what you mean by "construct functional categories"? It strikes me as kind of odd because I believe GO terms are usually set by a consortia, not a single person.
