TCGA samples were acquired before the patient began treatment, so I also agree with Chris's point.

Dear all,
I have a question about searching data from the cancer genome atlas (TCGA).
I want to know if it has any data about chemotherapy resistance in TCGA, but I do not know how to search.
Can anybody guide me how to do this task?
Thank you in advance
Nazanin
Not really.
a) these are all primary tumors, not post-therapy
b) the clinical information is fairly thin, with very little in the way of followup/outcomes for most data sets.
TCGA samples were acquired before the patient began treatment, so I also agree with Chris's point.

@Chris has a definite answer below which seems to be a no. Will leave the links below as a general resource.
Look at the Canger Genomics Hub and TCGA data portal for data downloads. Some samples/data may require you to apply to access.
