How to download data for normal solid tissue from GDC using TCG2bed
Dear all,
I want to download normal tissue data from GDC portal.
I have used TCGA2bed for downloading tumor data. However I don't see any options for retrieving normal data.
Can you guide me how to download these data?

It may already be obtaining the normal data, which is mixed in with the tumour data in the GDC Data Portal and GDC Legacy Archive. You can distinguish tumour from normal via the TCGA barcode. Take a look here: A: Meaning letters in TCGA sample barcode field
