Drawing heatmap of expression data using GENE-E

Dear friends,

I have used GENE-E program to draw heatmap of my expression data. However I could not find any scaling options within GENE-E. Can any one guide me if GENE-E performs scaling by defaults? If no, is its results is reliable?
