Finding activation or repression relationships between transcription factors and target genes in human

Dear all,

I am trying to find transcription factors and the type of regulation(activation or inhibition) for a list of 240 genes.

I used TRRUST database for this purpose, but I could only find this information for 35 genes out of 240.

Is there any other reliable database I can use?
