How can I get plate information for a single cell sequencing dataset
Dear all,
I am trying to use "Cross-contamination Barcode Filter" program for my single cell sequencing datasets.
I could find barcodes information from metadata in SRA database, however I could not find the corresponding plate information.
Can anybody guide me where can I find this information?
