Use MEGA 5.2 Download it from: http://www.megasoftware.net/ Of course you will be able draw both rooted and unrooted trees.

There are some other software that can be used to root a tree which you may want to have a look at:
Treeview http://taxonomy.zoology.gla.ac.uk/rod/treeview.html Mesquite http://mesquiteproject.org/mesquite/mesquite.html FigTree http://tree.bio.ed.ac.uk/software/figtree/

Use the VCF2PopTree software. It is so cool and it does not need any dependencies.
