I am looking for hla classical hla alleles on publickly available data on any disease cohort. Can anybody please direct me if they know any such data sets.

Do you need typing data both on cases and controls? You specifically mention disease cohort - or is it enough just to have typing data on many people? Do you need sequencing or genotyping data on the same people also?
