Data sets of WGS + disease phenotypes?
Hi there,
I am looking for data sets consisting of human WGS data (say FastQ files) coupled with disease (or other) phenotypes. Is anybody aware of such publicly-available data sets which I could obtain? I would appreciate any directions or ideas.
