Hi all,

I am currently looking for strand-specific RNA-seq data for normal or cancerous human tissue (any tissue really), which are publicly available (or controlled access for academic purposes). I am looking through SRA, ENA, GEO and ArrayExpress of course, but if you came across any specific studies or large-scale projects which include such data, I would highly appreciate some input.

Thank you!

Encode has strand-specific RNA-seq, e.g. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE33480
