If it is anywhere it must be the calculation of EHH for the mouse strains project, but given the complex population structure of mouse strains, which complicates the application of the method, I don't think they calculated it in Mouse genomic variation and its effect on phenotypes and gene regulation. (Nature 2011).
@### is correct. The strains sequenced are not representative of a natural population. Secondly the strains are very homozygous and this can look like Runs of Homozygosity / selection. I don't know of any good SNP diversity studies of wild mouse populations.
