I would like to fetch the questions, tags and last date of activity for the questions in biostars.org. I am aware of URLs like http://www.biostars.org/api/stats/1111/ but not for lists of questions. Any ideas?

There are two other methods to drill down for more details One fetches more information on a post:

http://www.biostars.org/api/post/111/

The other produces information on users

http://www.biostars.org/api/user/111/

But it does look like the post details do not include the tags, that is an oversight. We'll try to add that. Considering that have we many things in the pipeline at this point the best would be perhaps to open an issue in the tracker. That way you can be notified when the feature gets added.
