Genome Music Maf File

Just wondering if the MAF file for Genome MuSiC accepts Indel as a category for variant classification or if you need to break them down into Ins and Del.

"Indel" is not a valid value for the column Variant_Type in the latest MAF format. The valid values are listed in the spec sheet. As you'll see in the possible values of column Variant_Classification, indels come in many types that must be treated differently.
