Hello biostars,
I'm trying to use TSS predator on my RNA Seq data, i have .wig files with coverage, but not TEX+/- wig. files. It is possible to run TSS predator anyway? Or are these files fundamental?
Thanks to those who will answer.

Hi,
Maybe a littel late for the party, but here is an idea: Yes, you can use TSS-predator without any enriched file, however the predictions are not going to be as exact. For this, just put the RNA-seq coverage files both as control and as enriched files and set the enrichment parameter to 0. This way there will be no filtering wrt. to the enrichment.
However, consider that this will call out multiple false positives, since RNA-seq data is not really sufficient for TSS prediction.
