ICGC data download

Hi everyone!

I have recently gained access to the ICGC data portal and now want to download data on my local server. would you mind helping me with how can I do this? The ICGC guideline seems for just those who have cloud access. I'm totally confused. I appreciate it if someone helps me.

Someone more experienced with ICGC can confirm but the instructions you linked make it sound like you have to use the data within their cloud.
