Hi,
I was trying to find if there is any large size paired-end RNA-Seq and microarray data of the same sample, but I wasn't able to find as much data as I wanted.
Could somebody please point out where I can find such data?
I hope to have a data set that has both paired-end RNA-Seq data and microarray data of the same sample.
What I'm thinking about are data sets that's at least 10 GB of *.sra files.
Thanks!

The study be Griffith et al. did very deep RNA-Seq: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20835245 and of the same sample exon arrays are available as well.
Read this paper.

They have done comparative study between RNAseq and Microarrays. You will find many papers like this. You will have to go to SRA(Short read archieve), NCBI to download the sra files and then use sra tool to convert sra format back to original files (fastq for Illumina and csfasta, qual for solid).
