Hi everyone !
Hope y'all doing well, is there anyone who can help about finding a rna-seq paired-end data from Rat...?
I've tried NCBI SRA but I do not find a lot of fastq files. Also if the data are related to research paper, it could be really cool to compare the results. If it's possible even human rna-seq paired-end data with a research published article that'll be wonderfull.
thanks !

There are many. Just go to GEO Data Sets and enter something like ("rats"[MeSH Terms] OR "Rattus norvegicus"[Organism]) AND ("gse"[Filter] AND "Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing"[Filter]) into the search box.
From there you can find the associated SRA IDs and download the FastQ files with several tools like fasterq-dump or fetchngs or sra-explorer.
