Overlap Between Array And Vcf

Hi all, Hope someone can help. I have a tab delimited file of microarray data and a VCF file of the same sample. I want to find out how the overlap between the microarray data and vcf data. Both have dbSNP id. I could do this via database techniques but I wanted to know if there was a way to accomplish this using another tool?
