Searching for datasets
Hi all,
I was looking for the best way to check for datasets online.
More specific, I need to check for smartseq-2 datasets that publicly available that are colon-related (doesn't matter if IBD, polyps, healthy or colon cancer). I already checked on the ‘human cell atlas’ of ‘TCGA’ but no datasets are available there.
How do you guys search for datasets with specific methods?
