Where to find WGS, metagenome data for obesity group?

Hi, 'm searching for publicly available metagenomic (WGS) datasets related to obesity. I checked HMP (human microbiome project), but their data mainly focuses on Amish population samples. Besides searching through NCBI, are there other repositories or studies where I can find relevant datasets? Thank you for your advice.

If you want to re-use existing data then there should be a publication out describing the dataset and its creation in detail. Hence, please do an in-depth literature search. ChatGPT Scholar is reasonably good at this these days to get started. It might simply be that no appropriate dataset is existing.

NIAID released a Discovery Portal for searching across numerous repositories: https://data.niaid.nih.gov/ Just trying 'obesity and metagenomics' I get almost a thousand datasets, or closer to 50 if I also add 'WGS'
