Hi all,

I would like to upload my raw fastq files on the GEO server for publication purposes. my data are all on the Amazon S3 bucket and I am currently downloading the fastq files on my hard drive to then re-upload them on the GEO server. As you can imagine this is a long, long process.

My question is: as any of you found a way to upload data to GEO straight from the S3 bucket?
