Submitting RNASeq raw data to GEO database

Anyone here have experience submitting raw sequence data to GEO database. I am using File Zila on a windows platform. I am able to connect to the server and upload a few files , but the server keeps disconnecting after several seconds. This is frustrating. Any one have any solutions?

This tutorial walks you through command line ftp to upload to GEO. Please adapt these to fit your environment.

I found the tutorial by searching for "upload to GEO" on Google, which is a really small level of effort. Please invest some effort yourself before asking for help.
