Using Networkanalyst to construct TF network
Hi
Just wondering if anybody can help me.
This is for my MSc project. I had managed to extract a list of downregulated genes from 5 studies. Now the questions:
How can I use the NetworkAnalyst to construct the TF-gene network? Do I use the PPI or TF-gene?
My hypothesis is that the external stimuli has targeted the TF in order to manipulate the downstream effect (I. E. Genes have been downregulated as the result)
Please can anybody help? It will be much appreciated
