Mapping list of significant genes with viPEr
I have 20 significant genes with their Enterz.
I want to map them on the PPI network (BioGrid, HPRD)
I have imported PPI network by Cytoscape 3.2
I want to create focus network from significant genes (batch connection) with viPEr
How can I do that? ...I tried to follow the steps in this website but I got Error each time
CPDB_pathways_genes_Human.tab not found
Any help will be highly appreciated
