Cells per sample
Hi!
Considering your experience, what is the best number of cells per donor in a single cell RNA seq experiment? I have observed that a higher number of cells has determined a lower number of genes per cell.

This would be technology dependent to some extent. For 10x single cell maximum and minimum number of cells based on their recommendation.
