GO enrichment through protein sequences

I had used AgriGo ( http://bioinfo.cau.edu.cn/agriGO/ ) long time back and it worked quite nicely especially if the plant species is available there. There is an option (BLAST4ID) there to get IDs from blast in agriGO http://bioinfo.cau.edu.cn/agriGO/analysis.php?method=BLAST4ID
