What is a suitable Gene Ontology Enrichment Analaysis tool?

Dear all,

I have a list of genes of interest (like ~200) and I want to perform Gene Ontology analysis to see which Biological Processes are enriched with my list.

For this I want to define a background set - meaning that I want to give a custom file that contains only gene names as a background set for GO tool.

What is your recommended tool for this type of Gene Ontology analysis?

g:profiler2 can do this and accept a background, either via the R package https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/gprofiler2/index.html or via the GUI https://biit.cs.ut.ee/gprofiler/page/r
