GO for network analysis in plant
Hi everyone,
I would like to know if anyone knows any tool to perform the genetic network enrichment of plants. I used to use BLAST2GO but the license has expired and I'm looking for a replacement that's free or at least more cheap.
I'm working with a kind of plant that is not model like Arabidopsis( I am working with Eucalyptus grandis), so the ideal would be a form of enrichment that is not based on a list of genes.The best scenario it's one place that I can add a FASTA file (nucleotide or protein sequences) and get the enrichment. I used to work like this with BLAST2GO.
If anyone knows of a tool that I can apply directly in the Cytoscape would be great.
