How to obtain PEG IDs from a list of FASTA Sequences
Hi,
i have a list of FASTA sequences. I have been going to the SEED Viewer (https://pubseed.theseed.org/seedviewer.cgi?page=BlastRun) and running a BLAST of the FASTA sequence vs a few bacteria species to then obtain the peg ID from the BLAST output.
Is there a way to automate this process, to find PEG IDs by using a list of FASTA sequences as input?
