Please use google and the search function. This has been asked dozens maybe hundreds of times before. No, edgeR does not work. Please read section 2.8.6 of the edgeR manual https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/vignettes/edgeR/inst/doc/edgeRUsersGuide.pdf to learn why edgeR cannot (must not) be used here. Please search for the limma-trend pipeline which is propably the only choice if you only have RPKM. Please also browse support.bioconductor.org on that matter, many posts available on this.

i didn't find anything i need a good tutorial to get DEG from RPKM. i hope to help me instead say google it

Not sure if you or a moderator deleted that one comment of yours with that poor choice of words. Anyway, you will see that swearing and offending people will not get you any help while investing some effort will do the opposite and motivates people to do so. Did you browse Bioconductor or use the BIostars search function or used any of the links on the right of this page? Please consider to do that.
