Problem installing lcMLkin
I am trying to install the lcMLkin tool from github in order to check for relatedness between samples. The problem is I am getting an error after running make command. Because nobody else seems to have this problem I thought I should ask here for a solution.

I am sorry about that. Since the full output of the make command is too big I am only going to post the error which is:
Makefile:12: recipe for target 'lcmlkin' failed make: * [lcmlkin] Error 1
Can't help you with that sparse information. Can you upload the log somewhere?
