(Cytoscape) How to use CytargetLinker?

I currently have over 700 mRNA information, and I would like to see how these mRNAs are affected by a single chemical. I want to use CyTargetLinker, but there are no other chemicals, how do I do it in the app to draw a picture with only 700 mRNAs and one chemical I have? If you put an mRNA list, other chemicals will continue to appear.

Hi again. You'll need to find a source for chemical-miRNA interactions. Cytoscape and CytTargetLinker don't provide these natively, but if you can identify a source this information then it should be easy to use it in Cytoscape.
