(Cytoscape) What app is for gene-chemical interaction?

Hello, I studied cytoscape's manual recently. I want to analyze several genes with one chemical material. In addition, I have only gene list that contains gene name. So, Cytoscape app that contains online-database is very important. What app is for analyze genes with chemical?

You may want to look at the STRING app and use the STITCH query. That will return proteins and known chemical binding partners.
